Talent Connect 2.0 was established to uncover the invisible.

Talent Connect 2.0 was born from nearly two decades of working alongside executive leadership in one of the world's most ambitious higher education institutions. Supporting presidents, vice presidents, executive leaders, and national initiatives provided a unique perspective on how organizations operate during periods of growth, transformation, and change.

Throughout those years, one consistent pattern emerged. Many workforce challenges were not caused by a lack of talent. They were caused by hidden technical obstacles, psychological pressures, unclear expectations, communication barriers, and organizational systems that prevented people from performing at their best.
